President Obama's daunting list of duties

    From CNN

Obama’s agenda ranges from dealing with Iran’s nuclear ambitions to traveling to Copenhagen to pitch Chicago for the 2016 Olympics — a trip the president said two weeks ago he could not take because he was working on health care.

“Health care reform has been his No. 1 priority issue here domestically. He wanted to make sure that if he went, that it wouldn’t have an adverse impact on that, so he’s going for just a day,” said senior adviser Valerie Jarrett.

And health care will still be at the top of the list when the president gets back. This fall, his priorities are health care and financial reform, one Capitol Hill source said.

But health care reform will require a hands-on approach. The Senate Democratic leadership is looking for presidential guidance in creating one bill out of two very different ones — all the while holding onto enough votes to pass it.

And as for Obama‘s other goal, the administration sent financial reform legislation to the Hill and on both sides, committee work has begun, but it’s a long way from cooked.

A number of Capitol Hill players say privately that anything beyond health care and financial regulation would be a miracle this year.

The President’s assumption of duties are never ending. If he was not in the public eyes; many would say he’s stuck up; better than everybody else, etc. Now that he’s in the public eyes many are saying he is to much in the open. I think he can handle any and everything that comes his way. Some are banking on his failure; well, that is to be exspected because Preisent Carter fail in his rescue mission. Presidents are human being and they too are pone to failure. For the last eight years America suffer and we are left holding a pile of problems; while our own people suffer from job lost, hunger, homelessness, a whole lot of problems that the former President created and left all of us holding the bag. When this president trys to do something about it; he is very often critized for his efforts and his willingness to adlease do something about it! Healthcare…prevention is the key…and its better that all american citizen have it. By it being so expensive to America; it is those who are trying to get rich from american zitizens who merely want to be cured of their sickness; is that to much to asked? While doctors and other specialist are charging for so many things over and over again, no one can afford healtcare because doctors are trying to prevent themselves from being suited. The bottom line is; health care is to exspensive in its present form. Medical information should be shared among the doctors and the specialists who are in place for this particular case; the ongoing cost of sending a person here and there is also costly and who is benefitting from all of the routine doctors specialist examinations? If we do not get health care for america citizens, we are doomed in the future ahead of us!
